- Physical activity is any movement of your body
- Exercise is physical activity with a specific intensity and duration to improve or maintain fitness. Doing a combination of both can help you achieve these benefits

This class is completely free and operates on a drop-in basis, so no need to register or commit to several classes. Please see below for more details.
