The Sayward Community Health Society invites local seniors to enjoy a free community lunch at the Kelsey Centre on December 1oth from 12pm to 1pm.

The Age Friendly Van schedule this month is November 11th and 22nd. The 19+ van will pick up and drop off at your home. Cost is by donation. Book by calling 250.2822.5512 by noon the day prior to departure.
